⭐ Speedie Readies identifies risk early, makes the graphophonemic structure visible, and provides a dual-route pathway into the self-teaching phase. It is designed to prevent the dyslexia paradox and support learners for whom whole class synthetic phonics is not enough.

The Speedie Readies Eco-System
The Speedie Readies eco-system brings together early screening, speech sound preparation, and a dual-route pathway to word mapping mastery. It supports children from birth through the early years and gives schools a clear way to prevent the dyslexia paradox. The system identifies risk early, strengthens speech sound processing before phonics begins, and offers the dual-route to word mapping mastery supported by specialist technology. It can be used at any point in the learning to read journey because reading development is not age or neurotype specific. The aim is to ensure every learner moves into the self-teaching phase and works towards orthographic mapping with the support they need, when they need it. This is the only system to show the whole code so that learners do not need to rely on prior knowledge, or resort to guesswork, memorisation, or leaving out words completely. It also offers a complete reading pathway with one hundred books that guide children from fifty two mapped pre-readers through to the Main Readers with chapters.
We are making the code visible so phonics makes sense to every child and so teachers can see what whole class programmes missed for the one in four who are not reading by the end of KS2 (DfE 2024).
Synthetic phonics is mandated in England, so schools can continue using any programme while using our products and services to understand what is missing and how to meet individual learning needs.
